When it comes time to decide on a builder, approximately two-thirds look for excellent craftsmanship + a builder that is easy to work with. | Photo provided by Opendoor |
With aspiring INDY homeowners facing bidding wars, nightmare closing schedules, and Indianapolis’ competitive housing market, opting for a new construction home can be a very appealing route to homeownership.
According to Opendoor’s 2022 Homebuilder Report, two-thirds of sellers are also buyers and 69% of new-build buyers are also looking to sell. Opendoor’s homebuilder program lets buyers remain in their current home for up to nine months while their new construction is being built.* |

Editor's pick: Speaking of Tenderloin Tuesdays — when I visited The Restaurant at Hard Truth back in May, I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was pretty busy that weekend so my friends + I sat outside and enjoyed the live music and appetizers while we waited for a table in the dining room. We didn't mind it with the view on the rocks.🍴
